Indeed I was hesitating between a CI Ning discussion and a topic for IntelCollab. I think the topic is more appropriate for a Ning discussion.

Your suggestion offers indeed the big picture view. I was more on the pragmatic side: How CI will survive the double-dip should it comes? I feel there is some urgency to deal with that topic.

Hi Avner, Would you be kind enough to indicate what current analysis solutions are lacking or where you wish to see improvements? Thank you, Chris.

Hi Chris
You sent me a message and I apologize for not responding more quickly. We have been finishing up a few large projects. In terms of the loyalty industry, I have experience in developing and managing loyalty programs or customer relationship programs for financial institutions and other organizations. In my CI practice, I specialize more in insurance and financial services but we also do studies on loyalty programs for healthcare companies, pharmaceutical companies, and companies that provide loyalty or customer relationship programs. If you need more details, let me know. Thanks for the message ... Claudia
