Profile Information

About Me:
I operate a desk/secondary research business which focuses mainly on finding published information on markets, companies, industries or products. This include searching the 'invisible web' of fee-based business, science and health databases. I'm keen to learn more about CI and use this knowledge for the benefit of my clients.

My Interest in Competitive Intelligence is:
I'd like to develop my CI skills, particularly grouping the presentation of information around models such as the Nine Forces.

Hi Cathy

Look forward to seeing you when you are next in Sydney. At this stage don't have any plans to run any courses for the remainder of this year. Definitely will be running some next year. Don't hesitate to call me if you need to chat about about the project you mentioned. Happy to help.

Best
Babette
