My most recent CI read was two books read more or less simultaneously: Rob Duncan's CI: FAST CHEAP AND ETHICAL, and Ben Gilad's EARLY WARNING. Both excellent, for very different reasons. And a non-CI but related book: HARVARD BUSINESS ESSENTIALS: STRATEGY which is a compendium of strategy articles from the Harvard Business Review.
