Event Description

Häufig besteht für einen CI-Analysten die Notwendigkeit, das Marktpotenzial für neue Produkte abzuschätzen. Hierzu müssen Marktsegmente, Gewinnpotenzial und die Wettbewerbssituation bekannt sein. Ebenso ist eine Prognose der zukünftigen Entwicklung dieser Marktparameter notwendig. Ergebnisse der strategischen Marktanalyse sind Grundlage für die Entwicklung von Produkt- und Unternehmensstrategien, Szenarioplanung und Benchmarking-Analysen.
Dieser Workshop beinhaltet eine umfassende Darstellung wesentlicher Aspekte der Strategischen Marktanalyse. Ohne theoretischen Ballast werden anschaulich die methodischen Grundlagen vermittelt und diese unmittelbar auf reale Fallstudien angewandt.

Überblick und Einsatzgebiete der Methoden der strategischen Marktanalyse

Anhand einer Fallstudie werden die folgenden Abschätzungen durchgeführt:

* Produktportfolioanalyse (BCG, McKinsey)
* Ermittlung des Marktpotenzials und unbesetzter Segmente für ein neues Produkt
* Bestimmung von Marktsegmenten und deren Volumina
* Bewertung der Wettbewerbssituation
* Aufbau einer Produkt- und Kundenlebenszyklusanalyse

* PERT-Schätzungen
